About this policy
This policy explains how Practice Barn handles information when you visit practicebarn.com or contact us. The site provides hockey resources for parents and coaches.
Using the website
You can browse without an account. Drill searches and practice plans are processed in your browser; we do not receive your search terms or generated plans through those tools. The site does not offer player profiles, payment forms, or newsletter sign-ups. We do not use advertising trackers or install optional visitor analytics scripts.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Delivering pages and protecting the service can involve processing IP addresses, request details, browser information, and security logs. Cloudflare may use security cookies when its protection features require them. These services are separate from optional advertising or visitor analytics.
Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Our contact address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to a Gmail inbox. We use correspondence to respond to questions, investigate corrections or rights concerns, and manage relevant enquiries. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive information about children.
Video links and players
The video library links to videos on YouTube. Embedded playback is currently disabled. Following a YouTube link takes you to a third-party service with its own privacy practices. If embedded playback becomes available, players will connect only when you choose to load them.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering their services, and information may be disclosed when required by law. Correspondence may be retained to handle an enquiry, maintain a record of a correction or dispute, or meet applicable obligations. Provider-managed logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention practices; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for those systems.
Children and privacy requests
These resources are intended for adults supporting young players. We do not ask children to submit personal information or create accounts. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, or you want to request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, contact us below. We may ask for enough information to verify and locate your request. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the information involved.
Policy updates
We will update this page when our data practices change and display the latest update date.
